Consider, how great is the change today! Behold, how many are the Sovereigns who bow the knee before His name! How numerous the nations and kingdoms who have sought the shelter of His shadow, who bear allegiance to His Faith, and pride themselves therein! From the pulpit-top there ascendeth today the words of praise which, in utter lowliness, glorify His blessed name; and from the heights of minarets there resoundeth the call that summoneth the concourse of His people to adore Him. Even those Kings of the earth who have refused to embrace His Faith and to put off the garment of unbelief, nonetheless confess and acknowledge the greatness and overpowering majesty of that Daystar of loving-kindness. Such is His earthly sovereignty, the evidences of which thou dost on every side behold. This sovereignty must needs be revealed and established either in the lifetime of every Manifestation of God or after His ascension unto His true habitation in the realms above. What thou dost witness today is but a confirmation of this truth. That spiritual ascendancy, however, which is primarily intended, resideth within, and revolveth around Them from eternity even unto eternity [Dn 7:18]. It can never for a moment be divorced from Them. Its dominion hath encompassed all that is in heaven and on earth.

Considera como é grande é hoje a mudança! Contempla como são tantos os Soberanos que se ajoelham perante o Seu nome! Quão numerosas as nações e reinos que procuraram abrigo à Sua sombra, que juraram lealdade à Sua Fé, e se orgulham dela! Dos púlpitos elevam-se hoje palavras de louvor que, com extrema humildade, glorificam o Seu abençoado nome; e dos cumes dos minaretes ressoa o chamamento que convoca a multidão do Seu povo a adorá-Lo. Até aqueles Reis da terra que se recusaram a abraçar a Sua Fé e vestiram o traje da descrença, ainda assim, confessaram e reconheceram a grandeza e a majestade avassaladora daquele Sol de benevolência. Tal é a Sua soberania terrena, cujas evidências contemplas em todos os lados. Esta soberania deve necessariamente ser revelada e estabelecida durante a vida de cada Manifestante de Deus ou após a Sua ascensão à sua verdadeira habitação nos reinos do alto. Aquilo que testemunhas hoje é apenas a confirmação desta verdade. Esta ascendência espiritual, porém, no seu sentido principal, reside n’Eles e centra-se n’Eles, desde a eternidade até à eternidade. Nunca pode, nem por um momento, ser separada d’Eles. O Seu domínio envolveu tudo o que está no céu e na terra.
